  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be included in their original form. 
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or cleaned are not eligible for return. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. 
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return. 
     

How to Initiate a Return 

  1. Submit a Request: Email your return request to  technextheorysolutionpvtltd8@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return. 
  2. Provide Supporting Photos: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos to help us process your request quickly. 
  3. Follow Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will share detailed return instructions. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

  • After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify compliance with return conditions. 
  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed. 
     

Partial Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared via email so we can resolve the matter promptly.
