Shipping Locations 
We currently ship to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available. 

Processing Time 
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of confirmation. 
Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email with all relevant details will be sent to you. 

Delivery Timeline 
Our standard delivery timeframe is typically 3–8 business days, ensuring timely receipt of your order. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery thereafter. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence. 
In case of lost shipments, we will arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified with the courier partner.
